Legacy Folder View - No matter what I do is not working ...

Hi,

I have my movies library organized like this: Cartoons, DVD Movies, Blu-Ray Movies. In the past with legacy folder view all these 3 folders appeared separately but now I only have one folder Movies which groups them all.

I have unchecked all grouping options in the server in user/ my preferences. I have checked legacy view in the Emby WMC options but no success ...

I have also Kodi Emby add-on and also there I see only one folder Movies so the problem is on the server

When I have added the folders to my media library from the external disks I have set Movies type library for all these folders because this is what they are ... Do I need to set each folder as a different library to force them show separately?

Please help! What else I can do?

Regards.

Make sure the user you are changing the preferences for is the same one that is using the client.

They are identical, anyway I have only one user ... I'm too afraid of complicating things.

Is it possible to be linked to the fact that I have defined as movies all 3 folders (Cartoons, DVD Movies, Blu-Ray Movies) ?

Should I reinstall the server? By the way I have it installed on a Windows Server 2012 Essentials PC and the clients PCs are all Windows 8.1 PCs connected to a Home Domain (I have used the Connector software and everything installed fine ...). Could it be because of this? Maybe the changes done on the WS 2012 are not pushed down to the clients PCs? But on the other hand I do not see either on the web interface my folders ...

Stupid me!  :)

I was creating 1 folder with 3 sources: the 3 folders with movies that I had on the attached hdds. .. instead of creating 1 folder for each external source.

Now everything works like a charm.
