hey guys- really need some help here. was getting false positive with Norton

so uninstalled everything - server - theatre - even Norton.

Now I cant install server - have attached logs

ok tried again but now getting application cannot be started please contact vendor  on both stable and beta download

you probably need to remove all traces of what you attempted to install earlier

Look in %appdata%/MediaBrowser-Server is there a system folder?

spoke too soon - worked for server , now cant install theater - any ideas?

Ok tried clearing online cache - still can't install theater - does this mean I have to recreate user profile?? A previous install of theater didn't uninstall correctly I think?? Any ideas guys ??? Had everything working perfectly 2 days ago , now I'm seriously fed up.
