Emby MBsupport key not working

Hi EBR,

 

I have pasted my supporter key into the server, however it is still not working, please see error message below:

 

"Supporter key is missing or invalid.

In order for any premium content to be registered, you must also be an Emby Supporter. Please donate and support the continued development of the core product. Thank you."

 

I have requested it to be resent, and after pasting in, it still states its missing or invalid.

 

Is there anything I need to do to get it working?

So, re-sending it worked okay?

 

Are you sure you aren't requesting an old key with an old email address and you already transferred everything to a new one?

 

PM me the email you are using.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled, moving from the old "Mediabrowser" directory to the new Emby one in the the process.

 

I tried resending the key but it still doesn't work. I still get Supporter Key Missing or Invalid.

And now it works when I logged into the web interface again. Weird!
