Error Trying to Configure Transcode settings.

Hi, when I try to configure the transcode settings to max quality and hit save, I get the following error.

Any idea what the problem could be? Thanks.

 

EDIT: It also seems to be happening when I try to configure Sync settings.

I went to server:port/mediabrowser/ and it worked.
