android app for kindle fire hd

I know the app for the android platform has been released on the google play store, but it is not showing in the amazon store. By chance are you going to place it up there.  I know it works on the kindle because during the beta testing I put it on it and it worked great, but with the full blown app I do not know if I can just pull did down directly from the google play store to the kindle fire hd.  Any thoughts on it

It'll be on the Amazon store soon. Their process is more of a PITA than google play.

Going to take this slightly off-topic. The amazon store has a certification process... I need to know which of the following devices the Android client is known to work with. I don't have a Kindle so am shooting in the dark here.

The lack of audio? That's purely a server issue. Luke and Tikuf will figure it out. That means both me and the kindle hardware are off the hook for that.

The client has now been submitted to Amazon for approval. Hopefully I'll hear back in less than a week.

Well I heard back from amazon today. Looks like I need to remove the 1st gen from the supported devices and resubmit. Although their web portal implies that testing is still moving forward.... so who knows.
