Roku Usage not showing in dashboard.....

So I have a family member that uses my Emby Server on their Roku.  When they watch content most of the time I can see this in the dashboard, view bitrate, progress etc.  However when they watch LiveTV this doesn't show at all.  I can see FFMpeg running, see the data flowing out through the network, and go under LiveTV and see a Tuner in use.  But Dashboard show's as though noone is on the server or streaming content.

 

Is this normal?  It's kind of a PITA as if I need to do maintenance, I've got to look at Task Manager to make sure they're not online so I don't bump em off.

One other thing, it typically doesn't show this usage in "recent activity" under dashboard either.  I've seen times where it'll say they started watching a channel and then 15 seconds later logs they stopped, yet they're streaming it still with 0 issues on their end.

I've seen something similar recently, maybe related.  The recent activity list doesn't display when roku users start playing a video.  It only displays when they stop playing a video.  This is a change from the past where it would display a start message then a stop message.
