Emby Theater will not uninstall

Today I was trying to use Emby Theater to watch Live TV. I have done this in the past week and it worked fine. However, it is now giving me "Unable to process request" error and won't play.

 

I had just the other day updated it running the Dev updates so I thought perhaps that was the issue so I decided to uninstall it and just download it again to try without the Dev update.

 

However, now it will not uninstall. It goes through all the windows and says it is uninstalled but it doesn't disappear from the programs window, the folder is still there and I can open the program, so it isn't really uninstalling.

 

I am on Windows 8.1 running Dev version 3.0.5624.38715.
