Sync to Android scheduled task

Quick question about the new sync to android that's here/nearly here/on it's way!

 

I've setup some sync jobs and they are all ready to go (queued or ready to transfer) to my Android tablet.

 

Is there a scheduled task that will kick these off?

 

The 2 that are already there don't appear to control this function.

 

Also, I presume the function to remove the video once watched will only be available when offline viewing is available?
