MBC and path substitution

After doing some reading I thought that path substitution and using drive letter would maybe work better.  But now everything is transcoding, so I've obviously done something wrong.  But I don't know which log would be needed that MBC log or the server log.  Oh and it hasn't finish the initial scan after making the change.

Think I figure out what it is on my own.  For some reason (Still investigating this) the user that I logon to my computer with doesn't have direct access to the folders (It should).  So now I need to figure out why sigh.
