bnwbass 3 Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Hello all, Does anyone using MPC-HC as external player know how to change the KEY settings in MPC-HC to work with the standard MCE remote code commands? I have an R6 MCE remote and I want to map all of arrow functions (up,down, left, right) to work so that I can navigate the DVD menus. All movies are file structure so I use the DVD menus. The drop down list in MPC Keys under App commands does not have an MCE function for arrow direction. Thx Bw
ebr 16171 Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 A quick search shows lots of people having lots of different issues with this related to different components going at the same time. I would consider a plan to start navigating away from file-structure rips. These types of things are just going to get harder and harder.

I agree, I have been looking for an automated solution to batch convert 300+ folder structure rips to MKV but it seems like I need several tools and configuration to do this. I would be appreciative if you have a recommendation for this process. I would like move over to MBT but file structure rips with MBT have menu navigation issues too. bw
dansblackcat 37 Posted June 4, 2015 Posted June 4, 2015 I use this - http://www.freemake.com/free_video_converter/ I just used it to convert 1200+ files to make them more compatible with my Roku player The free version has no watermarks or anything. It just has their logo on a black background pop up for 2 seconds right at the of the video file. (after the credits etc). It says it does dvd folders however the one I just quickly tried didn't work. Maybe I wasn't patient enough and just needed to wait longer. .
bnwbass 3 Posted June 5, 2015 Author Posted June 5, 2015 Thx..I'll take look, I don't mind paying for products if they work. I'm really after a streamlined approach and like to stay away from loading 5 application to do the task. bw
