I have purchased the app via the "in app purchase" however the unlock icon does not disappear nor does it allow me to play content.  If I try to re-purchase the app I get the correct message "That I already own this item".  I have two fire TV's and this is only occurring on one of them.  I have tried clearing cache, data and reinstalling from cloud. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you able to purchase anything else on that device?  Make sure the account information is setup properly on it.
