arabic subtitle encoding ?

I need to set Subtitle encoding to "Arabic windows" or "1256"

 

I cannot find setting to change the encoding

I install emby once with Archlinux in Odroid-C1 and compleate setup with kodi

This is work and arabic subtitle show correct 

I install Emby again on ArchLinux in Odroid-U2 (Emby and Samba only) and subtitle not work !

 

I think there is system setting can correct it

what app are you testing with?
