Android TV Live TV Guide

I'm trying the latest update to the Android TV app on my phone right now and I'm not seeing the Live TV Guide.  Does it only show up if I'm actually on my Nexus Player?

It isn't really designed to be run on a phone but it should mostly work.

I realize it's not designed to run on a phone but I'm at work and was excited to see the new Live TV Guide.

 

I'm using it over WAN.

 

I do not see the Live TV Guide anywhere.  My left navigation menu only has Library, Continue Watching, Latest Movies, On Now, and Settings.  If I drill down into Library -> Live TV I only see Latest Recordings, On Now, Coming Up, and Other Channels.

Mmh, not on my Android tablet but it works on my Windows 8 tablet that has the same CPU.

Same network, both Chrome browser...

Sorry for jumping in here! I was very excited about the new live tv guide, but unfortunately is doesn't work for me.

On my AFTV Stick i only get a black screen and most time it crashes the Emby app,

on my Lenovo Tablet Pro the guide is loading forever without getting any data ( i can see the network traffic going down to zero).

 

I'm using the MediaPortal plugin in Emby stable and have 78 channels. But even if i change my prefered channelgroup to one with only 5 channels it doesn't work

 

Anything i can do? Logs from server, logs from tablet?

 

I may have found this.  Would you be willing to try the beta version to test it?
