Rebooting Roku improves picture quality

Since the server upgrade I am getting poor TV quality on Roku.  I am getting a lot of blocking and dropped audio and even the stream drops out all together.  My CPU is not pegged unless I set MAX QUALITY but I see the problems with all quality settings.  I have turned off throttling with no improvement.

I'm not sure. the log looks fine there, bitrate is ok at 5mbps. Nothing changed with this release and streaming live tv to roku. also throttling isn't used by live tv so flipping the setting won't have any impact.

So I of all people should know better...  but I rebooted my Roku and that appears to have resolved my issue.  I appreciate you looking into it.
