whitman27 1 Posted May 25, 2015 Posted May 25, 2015 Hi Guys, Not sure what is happening with my setup but my Roku is no longer showing the watched Status when something is completly watched. This issue popped up on my Emby Theatre, and now seems to be happening on my Roku now also. Anyone have some ideas? Cheers Whit

When something is marked as watched, it later shows up as "unwatched". I can reliably reproduce this on the web interface, Nexus Player, and Emby Theater.

I can reliably reproduce this on the web interface, Nexus Player, and Emby Theater. check metadata settings to see if syncing watched states to nfo is enabled. if it is, and if you have other programs that touch your nfo's, there is a good chance that that is the reason.

Solution Luke 42077 Posted May 26, 2015 Solution Posted May 26, 2015 the purpose of the feature is to write watched data to nfo so that other apps can read it. if you don't need that, then you can disable it. 1
