Metadata manager has incorrect top folder image path

I recently moved my libraries to my NAS and decided to clean up by reinstalling Emby yesterday. Generally things were going smooth until I was updating my top level folder images. I am on the current stable: Version 3.0.5607.2.

 

If you use the Metadata Manager, and update my Movie image it apparently places it here:

[user home]\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Server\root\default\Movies

 

This doesn't show up in the webclient.

 

In the webclient, selecting edit on the folder from the Home screen takes you here:

[user home]\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Server\metadata\views\movies

 

Which does display the correct image on the Home. Is this a bug, or do the different clients get their data from different locations?
