No Remote server access

From my windows 8 pc i am unable to access the remoteserver shown in my dashboard.

I disabled vpm and firewal but no luck.

This happened before (Usually after a server update.) and then resolved itself somehow,

on my dashboard i see

Local access: http://192.168.1.101:8096

Remote access: http://109.201.154.156:8096

 

When clicking on the remote access link, i get this message: Unable to connect

 

PS

 

Also I could not fetch metadata.

Now, suddenly, i have again access to fetching metadata.
