Can we get custom JS like the custom CSS?

There are a few minor things that I'd like to do but they require JS. Instead of making the adjustements everytime a new version is released can you add a custom JS field in the branding section the same that you already did for the custom CSS?

 

(Luke, I'm just trying to add in some commas for the budget/revenue since it was removed a year ago)

or even just manually placing a custom.js file in a file location to male it work?
