Questions: server wake for TV?

Hi guys. I've been investigating how we might move our current live TV/DVR setup to Emby. Since we are trying to save as much money as possible, our configuration would consist of having a gaming PC in the bedroom double as the server and bedroom client (rather than building a dedicated server), and then a Fire TV Stick as the living room client.

 

Since the bedroom PC is not the most power-efficient, we don't want it running 24/7, so my questions are: Does Emby Server have the ability to wake the PC when a recording is scheduled? And if the Fire TV Stick were to attempt to access the server while it's sleeping, would the server auto-wake the PC?
