undefined network error

have the app installed on a D series TV and I enter server details. I can see the account my friend made for me on his server but when i click to login I get "undefined server error". also if I try and manually login the login and pass creen only comes up briefly and goes back to account list.

I have a Samsung UN65H6400.  Same error.
