Why is this happening?

Please see attached image, can someone please explain why my Movies and TV Shows folders show okay however the Live TV and Channels are displaying the default icon?

All my top level icons disappeared.

 

Maybe this is related and leftover from the advanced sync / poster image bug we had last week?

 

If I look at the top level categories in the metadata manager the default Emby images are there, just not being displayed.
