IOS client - showing seasons I don't have

When I click on TV shows I see a list of seasons that I don't have episodes for. For example the TV show

 

The Equalizer

 

When I use that I see Season 1, Season 2, Season 3, and Season 4

 

Yet, I only have episodes for season 3 and 4.

 

When I click on season 3 I get the episode list but clicking on them does not play the episode.

 

However, if I scroll the season list down the episodes I do have are listed below the seasons (but without metadata, just filenames) These play.

 

 

This all seems very confusing. The movie section works a lot better.

Maybe you enable missing/unaired option at the mb3 server dashboard - user profile - settings.

I suspected this was a recreatable bug. I did the same as an experiment to using MB3, I copied 1 episode over to test, and it populated all available season data on iOS 7.
