Issue with Music Refresh and Metadata

Is anyone having an issue with the metadata for music? Everytime I change information with musicbrainz and click refresh, there seems to be one or more tracks that emby fails to populate information for. Also when I change information in Emby and click save now, it says that the action failed. Screenshots below.
