No folder image on individual collection page in web client

First of all, I don't use the Collections feature, I make my own custom collections (a separate collections library). This works, other than when I open a collection in the web client, there's no folder image for the movies within it. There's the title at the bottom and the watched indicator at the top, but no folder image itself (though a black space shows when hovering, with the relevant data).

 

What I'm wondering is, am I missing something, or is that normal?
