However, when I install addon collection in server and rebuild emby/kodi this does resolve the issue, at least a working around fixed this is for me. My Initial issue was the “file staking”, this have not been resolved, these is where, say a single dvd file is split into several files, which need to be grouped as one, I have already noted the file structured above, I am wondering if it is server related issue or Kodi or possible my file naming structure is incorrect as such system code fails to recognise them. But I can swear that in the earlier days of XMBCMB3 addon this works fine until a code was changed. http://kodi.wiki/view/Naming_video_files/Movies 4 Split video files (file stacking) Settings -> Videos -> File lists -> Combined split video items Appreciate if this subject can be address at your convinient Thanks Edited May 12, 2015 by e123enitan
Angelblue05 4132 Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Sorry I marked as completed because it was for playing the separate parts together. This was added, however what you are describing seems to be as if the initial scan treats you split content as individual content since it has a different emby id.... How is your content in your webclient displayed? Do you see you split files at the main level or is there only one combined entry and when you click it, you see additional parts in the details section? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

e123enitan 275 Posted May 19, 2015 Author Posted May 19, 2015 (edited) Angelblue05 Your questions from other thread What exactly is it with file stacking? Sorry Hope this link helps http://kodi.wiki/vie...eo_files/Movies Do you mean it displays every part of the file individually instead of as one? Yes, see the file structure and pic's that I posted in this link http://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/20773-kodiemby-request-for-group-movies-into-collection/&do=findComment&comment=205415 Or do you mean that the files are not playing after the first part? No Is this for episodes or movies? For Movies Edited May 19, 2015 by e123enitan 1
