Will Emby server install and work on Server 2012 the same as Win7?

I am considering moving my NAS to server 2012 R2 to take advantage of ReFS file system's data integrity features.  Can I install Emby on 2012 and if so, are there any known gotchas vs Win 7?

I have only ever used it on Windows Server 2012 and only once have I ever had an issue. It might be resolved now but see this link for how to resolve it.

Running Server 2012R2 Essentials. Works just fine on it.
