Poster not made for 1 Video

Hi! I have posters for all but 1 of my Videos. Anyone know how I can generate the poster?

 

I use Cover Art 4.0.

if it's a movie or tv show that can be easily found online

if it's a home movie or something rarer i guess you can screegrab via vlc or something...

 

what is the video ?

It's a home video. Cover Art generated all of the others. Why won't it generate this 1 family video?

mp4 file. My other mp4 files have posters.

do you have vlc installed ?  i guess you can make a screengrab and manually add that as a thumbnail.

I'd like to get Cover Art 4.0. working again for new videos that I will add.

i dont use it myself .. so that might be an issue for someone else then

CoverArt doesn't actually create these - the server does - if you have the ScreenGrabber enabled for that item type.  First ensure that, and then do an advanced refresh on the item from the metadata editor - replacing all images.
