SwanStream 64 Posted May 11, 2015 Posted May 11, 2015 After the latest update (I think) my Formula 1 episodes don't show up under TV in Kodi, but do show-up via Emby web client. I don't have any filters or hide watched stuff set, so o idea why it's blank and don't know what info/logs would help track it down. What I've done is delete the db and let it rebuild the whole thing. Verify that Emby can see/play from within the "TV" section. Checked that it's not a single season issue, others with only one season populate properly. What else can I provide to help track down the issue?
marcelveldt 736 Posted May 11, 2015 Posted May 11, 2015 Go to addon settings, advanced. Set log level to info. Press rebuild database. Press yes to rebuild, press no to reset settings questions. Let kodi restart and do the full import. When thats done share your log file with us to investigate. You would see in your log all items that are updated and which have failed with a reason...
SwanStream 64 Posted May 12, 2015 Author Posted May 12, 2015 Here's the log: https://www.dropbox.com/s/5hidcrjmtbqxg6t/kodi.log?dl=0 I do see a few lines referencing Formula 1 but not sure what it all means other than some Formula 1 items seem to not have errors.... and though it does nothing helpful (other than prove I see what I see in Kodi) here's the link to the drill-down to Formula1 in Kodi: https://www.dropbox.com/s/d9dywzllmzblhf0/Formula%201%20listing%20in%20Kodi.png?dl=0 and lastly the same location from Emby webclient: https://www.dropbox.com/s/wcxyxljvuu9eh6x/Formula%201%20listing%20in%20Emby.png?dl=0
marcelveldt 736 Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 @ those episodes seem to have no season and episode number. In the Emby addon we don't import episodes that have no valid episode/season number, just because Kodi can't handle that. To fix it, you'll have to open up the episode in the webinterface --> edit, to open the metadata manager and make sure that the season and episode are filled in correctly. BTW: If you name your episodes correctly they will be propely scraped bu the Emby metedata scanner

Coming from a SageTV setup where that community slowly wandered off over the years it's refreshing to see active development going on here... and quick help. Much appreicated. Hmmm... this used to work "I swear it did"... I think, before a recent update... But no big deal. What you're saying is name them Formula 1 - S15EXX and they'll get picked up, yes? An easy fix.
