Video Playback Freezing

I'm getting reports from users that video just freezes....    Transcode logs show video is fully transcoded but their playback seems to just freeze.     Roku users can pause and play again to start the video back up.. web users have to exit and start video from the beginning again. resume doesn't seem work when it freezes.   I can post logs, but just putting this out there first in case this is a common or known issue...  Version 3.0.5597.1

Like completely stops and won't resume at all?

And check to see if ffmpeg is still running when this happens. If it isn't, then something is definitely going wrong.
