how to start serverwmc automatically?

hi i have a windows 8.1 with media center and a cablecard tv tuner

and i have media browser and i have the serverwmc programs i got media browser to run automatically win windows start up useing the media browser windows service. but i don't see a server wmc service how do i install a serverwmc service? and please explain how to install it by step-by-step
