Issue with some movies on Xbox One

Hi,

 

Most of my movies work well but a few of them have the issue that the screen stay black when I try to play it on the Xbox One. Here is the log for Taken 3, a movie which is causing me this issue.

 

Also, I am using Version 3.0.5607.0.

I also experienced this this morning.

 

I couldn't play serveral movies...

 

I also experienced a socket error in the server. I could use the "play to" function to get my Xbox one to play the movie, but the native Media Player could not play it.

 

Sometimes when I experience a black screen, eventually the movie plays.

 

I have always thought this was a about a slow connection... Or something. But this morning some movies where just blank screens as you have described.
