FR: Cloud Sync "Re-Sync" - Fix issues with source files without deleting sync job

I had an issue with a Movie on a large sync job of all of Emby collection "Kids Movies".  I had an issue with a movie and deleted it and the cloud sync job updated to status to "removed from device":

 

However, I've since re-encoded the problem no longer occurs.  However, I don't know how to get it to re-sync?  This is no option with this file even though it's been re-added to the collection except create a duplicate sync job.

 

I was hoping for an added feature called "re-sync" that could be used in these cases (previously removed, now re-added)...or anytime you update your source file and want an updated cloud version.  

 

Thoughts?
