Video bookmarks on nowtv box

iptv streams in bookmarks disappeared then the video bookmark folder disappeared on the nowtv box any now why this has happend they worked fine when i first installed it now bookmark folder has gone but is still on server when i login on line or is there any othe app that you can add iptv streams to

yes fine from web client but it has dissipeard from now tv
