Images not showing

Not sure if anyone can help however my images for Live TV, TV Shows, Movies and Channels have disappeared and only a placehold default missing image is shown.

 

I've attached a screenshot of what I mean, and what it looks like in my metadata area...I have tried refreshing etc. but the default normal/nice images wont reappear.
