How to force new IBN people folder strucure

I've shutdown MBS, deleted the contents of the IBN people folder, deleted the library.db, restarted MBS and set a Refresh People task running and it is still not creating A, B, C etc folders within the IBN People folder. Is that correct? I thought that was the new default structure due to windows limitations.

There is a setting in the system config file that will need to be changed.  It is defaulted to the new  method for new installations.

OK, searched around and found it here if anyone else is interested:

 

C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Server\config\system.xml

 

<EnablePeoplePrefixSubFolders>true</EnablePeoplePrefixSubFolders>

 

Changed this from false to true.
