Problems converting MKVs

It is a weird issue

 

set 2 sync jobs with the same settings for the same mkv file

 

one for my Android and one for the Windows 8.1 app

 

when i checked the converted files they werent the same size

 

i opened both in the convert destination and they both had sound

 

when they were both synced to there respective devices, The Android one was working and the Win 8.1 file didnt play. Opened the file in VLC and it had no sound. When i check the mediainfo on the file, only video info is shown...no audio

the win8 log doesn't appear to be from win8 so i stopped - but the synced files won't be the same, they're creating using the profiles from the apps

@@Luke the win8 log file is the one that starts with the word log. And the rest of the files are the server

@@Luke Ok...for the size but why would the the file loose audio once transferred? The version sent to the Android worked but the audio was a bit out of sync.
