TV Shows not displayed right in web GUI

Hi

 

Why do my TV Shows look like this?

 

When I select "Shows" all I see are some of my sub-folders.

 

 

If I click in to one of the Videos sub-folders then I can see the TV Shows but they are listed as Seasons

 

My folder structure is as follows:

 

Server

       \TV

           \DVD

           \VIDEOS

                   \Nameofshow1

                   \Nameofshow2

     

        \Kids TV

                  \DVD

                  \VIDEOS

                           \Nameofshow1

                           \Nameofshow2

 

The episode Video files are all named correctly for Kodi.

Hi Luke

 

In the Emby server setup I added the folders TV and Kids TV

 

 

So by the sounds of it, I should have not added these top level folders, but instead added the sub-folders VIDEOS

 

"In more complex situations where your top-level directory is further sub-divided before the show folders, the recommended option is to create a TV media folder and add the sub-folder locations instead of the top level folder."

 

I will try and change this then.

OK that works! I changed it to be this:

 

 

So what about the path substitution

 

Am I meant to add them for these VIDEOS sub-folders as well?
