Not getting supporter key email

for some reason, i don't get emails to the email address I signed up for anymore. I changed my profile email and now i get emails but I signed up for supporter membership while it was still my other email address.

 

On my server when I go to for forgot key, it won't take my new email address, only my old one so I don't get an email with my key.

 

I just signed up for supporter membership and changed my email today.

The email the key will go to is the one attached to the PayPal account that was used for the transaction.

 

Do you not have access to that email anymore?

I do but for some reason I never get emails from you guys to it. On the server, when I ever i tried to tie my emby username to the server i never got an email. after changing it today to a different email, i got the invite right away. 

 

Ive checked my junk folders of course but nothing.

 

If I have to change my paypal email I will. Is there anyway you guys can send it to my email associated with my account here?

Fixed an issue with sender verification on our server, so hopefully we are approaching zero on the missed supporter key emails.
