Magnet (ISP) Dropping IPTV Service in Favour of AerTV.ie - Future of IPTV?

Hey,

 

So I finally got my IPTV streams going in DVBLink today. Two hours later, I get a snail mail letter saying that the IPTV service will be cut in favour of supporting their online service called AerTV.ie. 

 

Murphy's law?

 

I had a feeling that this would happen - the move to online/on-demand streaming. 

 

What kind of plugin is available to allow Emby to use some of these online services? Is it easy to create a plugin that could authenticate to say this AerTV service, and pull the stream in to Emby. Being a terrible coder, would anyone do this for $$?

 

Interested in people's thoughts.

FilmOn seem to have access to a whole bunch of channels. Has a plugin for Emby been thought of? There is an API for it. Again, would happily pay some $$$ for someone t develop this for me (and the community).
