Admin Needed

I'm trying to setup accounts for my family to access my server and I keep running into the problem of an administrator is needed to approve the accounts. Is there a reason why for this?

Well the real answer is they need to confirm the account signup in the email they received. I think Abo just did it manually for you because he didn't want to have to do any back and forth question and answer. (which is understandable).

The first email never came through so I had each of them sign into the forum and do a resend verification and when they got that email they click on the link and then it told them both that an administrator had to approve their accounts.
