403. That’s an error.

We're sorry, but you do not have access to this document. That’s all we know.

@@rikiwi & @@skynet600 - are you outside the USA? Just wondering if it's a regional restriction.

I had the same. I did nothing apart from trying again later and it worked!

Just tried again, but still the same error.

Perhaps I need to do it from a PC.

OK, requesting the desktop version of the site from my phone opens the page, so obviously it's not mobile compatible.

It seems overwhelmingly android. The web client scored higher than I thought it would.

A lot of those android people probably don't even realize you can use the web client as a mobile app. Otherwise I would expect it to score even higher.

I think we do, but the apps are better to use, especially on a phone.

I feel like the poll should say which one do you want to use vs. which one is your current favorite.  For instance, I use the web browser on my ipad because the iOS app aint so hot at the moment.  Is it my favorite?

BTW, why web client been adding as "mobile devices"?

Because it is the only client that works on the majority of mobile devices. iOS app on the iPhone no longer works for many items.

I don't typically watch video on my phone however I use the web client on my phone to control all the other devices in my home. I find the web client to be the best one for the purposes of remote controlling other clients. (I still would like to see DLNA queuing added since making playlists and adding stuff to them takes about a million more clicks than being able to queue).
