Value cannot be null - Scheduled Task

I am trying to edit a scheduled task and when I select Daily and set the time I get "Value cannot be null". I have tried 4:00am, 04:00am, 4:00 am, 04:00 am, and 0400. What am I doing wrong for setting this value?

Depends on if this is a new install.

%appdata%/MediaBrowser-Server/data/metadata/

 

or

 

%appdata%/MediaBrowser-Server/metadata/library

 

 

or if you relocated your metadata path

The path is displayed on the front page of the server dashboard.

It seems this task is not stopping. As you can see there is a time limit on how long I want the task to run. Well, it just ran last night and has been running for almost 8 hours when it should of been limited to 4. What can I do to fix this?
