MB Media Centre "Unable to connect"

I apologize if this is not the right section..but  Media Centre Lite app is discontinued?

I can not find a way to connect to the server even though the antivirus and firewall are disabled (and the server is recognized).

i get "unable to connect" in both automatic and manually
I would try the lite before buying the paid
