Not able to delete files

It looks like for folders that I create, I am not able to delete the files from my Roku.  For instance, I have my own folder for recorded tv that my converted wtv files are put in.  I call that folder recorded tv and it is in its own strip in Roku and the web interface.  From the web interface I am able to delete the recording.  From the Roku, I cannot.

 

But in the Live TV strip that has a recorded TV folder (I assume is pulling that path from serverwmc and Is different from my recorded tv) I can delete those recordings from my roku.  So it looks like it is my custom folders that I cannot delete from.

 

I have 'able to delete files' set on my user settings.  I don't think this is a new issue related to any particular update.
