Two different album covers

I am facing a very weird issue. I always thought that Emby Server always primarily takes the album cover from the MP3/M4A file if it has been embedded. Only in cases, if it is not embedded inside the file, it would download album cover from web resources?

 

What I am realized now is that I have an album where the album shows with one coverart in "album view" (which is different from the embedded one), but shows with a different coverart next to the songs once clicking on the album (and this one is the same as the embedded one).

 

Any idea whey this is the case and can this be fixed?
