Dezzorex 0 Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 (edited) I use the Trakt addon in Kodi to scrobble my shows, but when f.ex I try to watch The Odd Couple (2015), it shows up as "Coppelion". I checked the library using an db editor, and the column thats supposed to hold the series id says: "7c1ce25060808fa8c8d01b1fea4ef925" instead of "281700" which is the correct tvdb id for it. If I manually edit/change the seriesid the scrobbling works fine, but Im guessing this will at some point be reverted at next sync, and also hell to change this on all my shows. Is it possible to fix this? Sadly I cannot get scrobbling to work using the Trakt for Emby addon, and it also marks things as watched if I change watchstatus in webui, which i do not want, so would love to be able to continue to use the Kodi addon. xnappo 1611 Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 I don't think so - you are going to need to get the Emby Trakt plugin working. We are storing the Emby ID there.
Dezzorex 0 Posted April 12, 2015 Author Posted April 12, 2015 Okay, I understand. Even though the TVDB id is stored in the Emby I guess its not possible, right?
xnappo 1611 Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 It would require a modification to the Kodi Trakt addon. I would suggest asking the Emby Trakt dev to fix whatever issues you have with it instead.
Dezzorex 0 Posted April 12, 2015 Author Posted April 12, 2015 (edited) I understand, although I meant you could use the tvdb id instead of the emby to match in the Emby for Kodi Addon, but I guess that won't work as intended in queries to Emby etc... Sadly the Trakt for Emby plugin thread seems kinda dead, but I'll try to make a new thread there, and hope for some better responses. Otherwise I will need to switch to Plex (and id really rather not, cause I love Emby), cause there the Trakt plugin works atleast. Great work on the plugin btw, genious finding a way to use the native library! Edited April 12, 2015 by Dezzorex
xnappo 1611 Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 Doesn't work that way - we can't do queries to the Emby server using the tvdb id. Definitely start a new thread - hopefully you will get some attention. Seems like whatever your issue with it is is common to all Emby clients?
