Server unavailable through emby connect or web client

Hello,

 

I think I might have mucked something up when I moved my server from my HTPC to my actual server now running win 8.1 

 

The web client gives me a server unavailable error if I am not on my local network.  The same is true for the iOS app and through Emby connect.

 

I thought that with Connect there would not need to be other settings I needed to adjust on my Server computer, is there something I am missing that is not allowing it to connect outside of my local network?

To add what luke said, are your ports on the router still forwarding to your htpc for example?
