Setting Trigger to Backup Configuration

I was trying to add a trigger to backup my configuration to add Saturday to the already present Wednesday.

When I clicked on ADD I got the message "Value cannot be null" when there was a value in all fields. You can see I chose Saturday beneath the message. How is this supposed to be filled in. I tried 1:00 PM, 1:00PM, 1300 and none worked.

Use 13:00
