Is support for this plugin discontinued?
I bought this less than 6 months ago....

Sorry pal, missed this, can't really tell what your problem is showing. Stalled scheduled task? Turn off audio normalisation in settings

@radeonCertain video themes are still incorrect even after deleting, relaunching, and re-downloading the content. How can I fix this?

Some are community driven so may be wrong. If you delete them from your collection but leave them in the filter list they won't download again

and I have no start stop on the plugin for theme Videos? so strange it just stopped working every other plugin is running fine

Find the plugins in your installed plugins list on your dashboard -> plugins. Click on it to see it's settings. Turn off audio normalisation

Sorry found it at the bottom on each of the 4 plugins themes song/video for Movie and TV show I have disabled Audio normalization on all of them!
Looks like that made it work again! THANKS

Hi @radeonThanks for the plug-ins, been using them since the MediaBrowser days. I too have seen numerous movie theme videos that do not match up with the content. For example right now the plug-in keep downloading "StarTrek First Contact" on the movie "Contact (1997)". I've double checked the Contact (1997).nfo file and indeed the IMDB value is correct.

I've never seen the option in the plug-in to report bad content and would gladly use it if available.

Finally, is there a limit on how many movies the plug-in will display in the "Download Filters" list? I have almost 3K movies yet this list only shows 161 entries.

Hmm, I'm wondering if the contribution network config isn't being respected. I've seen a few people make reference to random themes when they say it's off and yet those themes outside of the network have been manually checked 1 by 1. I'll take a look 

As for filter list, no limit, although it'll only show what it has historically downloaded since that list was last cleared. It won't show themes downloaded by something else or perhaps after a new reinstall. 

If you look in the plugins config file in your embys server install folder, it'll show all the current theme filters so you can double check but I definitely haven't set a limit

Oh and I used to have a whole reporting and removal system but it was literally never used. Not once, so after a restructure of the theme host, I decided to remove it as porting it was too much effort given the lack of use. I guess I could look at implementing the features again

Hiya, just signed up, restarted the embyserver container in unraid and logs are still showing trial. The key you emailed me is the same as my emby premiere key? 

 

Cancel that, I've given it a while to talk to each other and it's pulling them down now. Thanks!
