Shut down the server and look in task manager.  Any ffmpeg processes going?

It did happen at about the time the MBS was upgraded/reloaded...so that might have been the issue.  Will report again if it doesn't align with a server reload. 

 

I thought the FFMPEG issue on restart or upgrade was resolved.  Server didn't crash so that is good...but is generating errors. 

 

It will shut down as soon as you click OK on the message box.
